The palladium-plated decorative elements give the Souverän 405 Black-Silver its characteristic, unmistakable shine. The black parts are made of high-quality, self-polishing black precious resin. The palladium-plated rings are so delicately integrated between the materials, that the transitions between the materials is almost seamless. The series is offered as fountain pen with differential piston mechanism, rollerball, ballpoint pen and mechanical pencil with push-button mechanism.

The Details

The fountain pen is equipped with a 14-carat/585 completely rhodium-plated gold nib, so that the silver appearance harmonizes with the clip and rings. Thanks to the green ink viewing window that is set into the barrel, you can always see when you will need to refill your fountain pen.

Every Souverän fine writing instrument was crafted with the highest precision, mounted by hand and finally carefully checked. Furthermore, the writing qualities of every gold nib is tested by hand before it comes to you.
